Rock County gets into the act.

Just last week we had to deal with the Town of Beloit wanting to ban firearms in town buildings. Now Rock County wants to ban guns in all county buildings and vehicles. Police cars exempted, if you are an officer.

Their reasoning? The law allows local governments to ban guns if they want to - so they are going to ban guns. Not because of any real problem with guns held by law-abiding citizens, simply because they can.
