Your parcel has arrived at May 7th, 2014. Courier was unable to deliver the parcel to you.

Print your label and show it in the nearest post office to get a parcel.

If the "courier" (US SNAIL?) was unable to deliver, WHY should I have to print out a label?

Only the very naive would fall for this. 

Isn't the USPS' Postmaster General supposed to investigate mail fraud? How about using their initials in vain as a copyright?
