The Demonrats in the People's Republk are at it again. Illinois hasn't got enough problems with a Demonrat controlled legislature ignoring 90% of the land area of the state and doing what Chicago and Crook County decree. No. This group wants to destroy even more minimum wage jobs:
Raise Illinois wants to raise the minimum wage, which is right now north of $8.50 an hour. They just can not grasp the iron-bound fact that if you do this, businesses have to raise their prices to absorb the cost - or lay off workers. The ultimate costs are always placed squarely on the shoulders of the poorest in our society.
