PETA wants a "memorial plaque" to commemorate the deaths of some cows in a traffic accident.

Illinois law allows "relatives" to pay for memorial signs for people killed by drunks to be posted by IDOT. PETA wants the "relative" requirement waived. After all, a germ is a rat is a human...

Are Illinois' "leaders" are loopy enough to do it? We will see how this one goes.
