Legislation to address an imaginary boogeyman, especially legislation like the proposed "tax and tax" - oops - I meant, "cap and trade" will only enrich con men like Al Gore and his minions and the UN. The American people will be cursing the names of all in Congress who vote to enact this reprehensible law.
Speaking of the UN, why is the United States still a member? They have proven time and again to be a venal, corrupt, and depraved organization. They should be invited to vacate that building in Manhattan, which could be used to good effect to house NYC's numerous homeless.
