Kagan tied to Obama's birth certificate
I just tried to call Kohl again to remind him about our desire NOT to have Kagan on the Court. His aide said she had been confirmed a while ago.
I just sent him this:
OK, so now it's too late.
Are you aware that as Solicitor General, Ms. Kagan was involved in issues related to Mr. Obama's eligibility to be President?
I think some checking is in order - and possibly, someone concerned about his constituents might just want to ask some questions, even belatedly?
