Not quite sure why one would be "improssoned" if one leaves a loaded gun within the "rech" of a child. Personally, I would put the irresponsible person who writes crap like this while receiving my tax money as pay in the "prosson".

12/19 addition - let it be said that every person at the "Handgun Hotline" that I have had dealings with was pleasant, helpful, and efficient. It's sad that competent people will be hurt when the government finally sheds itself of duplicate bureaucracies, but them's the breaks.
