Fitting, as "gun violence" does not exist, so there are no victims.
It would be more fitting to leave an empty seat for all the victims of liberalism, socialism, and government in general...
The toad doesn't have an original idea. His entire term has been one old haggard idea after another. And now the empty chair which Eastwood used several years ago. Think of his entire term as performance art if that helps. At least it will flesh out the last remaining of his supporters.
