Please be aware that a large number of Wisconsinites believe that the Second Amendment means what it says - in plain language, that the federal government shall make no law that in any way interferes with the American people's access to modern military small arms and ammunition.

This means no registration. No limits on "ammunition feeding devices". No bans on certain weapons because of magazine capacity or "scary" detail features. No new regulations on firearms whatsoever.

This means we want you to work actively for the repeal of as many of the thousands of blatantly un-Constitutional gun laws already on the federal books as you can. Laws like the Brady Bill which requires Americans to get permission from the FBI before purchasing freedom's tools. Laws like the 1934 National Firearms Act, which taxes certain firearms. No other inalienable human right is taxed in America except this - arguably the most important of all. Laws like the 1968 Gun Control Act, with sections plagiarized from the German gun control laws of the 1920s. Laws like the 1986 Firearm Owners Protection Act, amended at the last moment to further restrict American's access to modern military small arms.

This means acting to investigate the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, to determine if criminal charges are warranted in the matter of "Fast and Furious".

This means acting to reject any attempts to ratify a treaty with the United Nations in any way affecting Americans access to small arms.

In short, it means that we want you to honor the oath you swore on taking office to support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic.

Read your history. Every genocide in modern history was preceded by "gun control" in the form of registration and eventual confiscation. Remember that Nazi Germany included gay people among those rounded up after they were rendered defenseless. If you vote to enact any of these laws, you will be complicit in any future atrocity where a defenseless American people are slaughtered.

Remember that you serve at the pleasure of the people of Wisconsin, and that there is an election coming up in 2018 - and we WILL remember how you voted in these matters.
